Za kaznovanje držav, ki kršijo mednarodno pravo je pristojna OZN. Vse ostalo, kar ni samoobramba pred napadom je nelegalen napad na drugo državo.
Ko je kemično orožje, dobavljeno s strani zahoda, Sadam Hussein, tedaj še prijatelj Busha starejšega, metal na Kurde in Irance, je bilo za ZDA vse košer. Gre samo za to ali je v igri 'naš' ali 'njihov' diktator. Če bi zahodu šlo za načelnost in človeške žrtve, bi že zdavnaj prisili KSA naj neha z morijo v Jemnu.

Rusi so primitivni, zaostali, butasti neandertalci, ki so izdelali smrtonosni ultimativni strup ki ga nihče ne more kopirat, posledica zastrupljenega dvojnega vohuna in njegove hčere pa je bila manjša kot pri meni ko sem pojedel preveč čingumijev (phenylalanine) in sem bil 2 dni priklenjen na skret.

Toksičnost nekega bojnega strupa določa narava njegovega delovanja v organizmu in količina strupa, ki ji je organizem izpostavljen, kar je povezano s koncentracijo tega strupa v nekem volumnu prostora in stiku ter času izpostavljenosti.
Nečistoče so sledi drugih elementov, ki običajno ne vplivajo na samo delovanje strupa in njegovo toksičnost, dajo pa dokaj unikaten 'podpis' strupu, ki je izdelan v enakih pogojih, kar običajno pomeni, da je strup izdelan v istem laboratoriju, po enakih postopkih in iz enakih sestavin.
Da bi ugotovili ali je nek bojni strup prišel iz nekega laboratorija oz. zalog neke države, moraš imeti vzorec iz tega laboratorija oz. te države. Ker Rusija ni prijavila Novichok skupine v OPCW, jim tudi ni poslala vzorcev, je pa to naredil Iran. OPCW ima vzorce sarina iz zalog sirske države in lahko ugotovi ali nek vzorec sarina iz sledi na mestu uporabe oz. bris iz prizadetega organizma ustreza sarinu iz teh zalog.

1. Strup je smrten v majhnih količinah
2. Če preživiš, imaš trajne posledice.
3. Žrtve se zbudijo iz kome brez posledic.

3. Imajo kopico drugih znanstvenikov in so sposobni razviti še kaj drugega. Drugače je pa kar nekaj živčnih bojnih strupov izšlo iz razvoja insekticidov.
4. Noben laboratorij na svetu ne more potrditi izvora strupa, če ga ne more primerjati z vzorcem iz določenega vira. Lahko pa ugotovi kemično sestavo strupa in specifične nečistoče v vzorcu.

OPCW je v bistvu povedal to, kar so povedali strokovnjaki iz Porton Downa a ima OPCW večjo težo, ker gre za mednarodno organizacijo, katere članice so skoraj vse države sveta.
Bistvo je, da je zunanji minister UK gladko lagal, ko je rekel, da je njihov laboratorij določil Rusijo kot vir iz katerega je prišel strup.

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) wants to access user data from Telegram through the sharing of encryption keys, but Telegram has refused to comply even after a court ruling.

On April 12, law enforcement also raided the offices of the newspaperVolokolamsk Weekly and the “Moscow Raceway” sporting arena — both owned by the businessman Rustem Teregulov. According to the newspaper’s chief editor, police officers and investigators were looking for evidence of affiliations with several other companies suspected of criminal activity. Volokolamsk Weekly has reported extensively on the local protests against air pollution caused by the Yadrovo landfill.
