Ja, ampak Mi5S ma snapdragon 821, medtem ko pa 32gb mi5 ima underclocked 820. Meni je tudi design od Mi5s bolj všeč :)

Ce bi take stvari vedel bi bil miljonar. :) tako ti bom rekel. Vse je odvisno od konkurence ter povprasevanja. Ponavadi je na zacetku malo drazje kasneje se pa cene umirijo.

Od garancije se poslovi.
Če si na Telemachu razmisli, koliko ti pomeni LTE.
Tu in tam se najde tudi kak bug. Če si perfekcionist, te bo to motilo.

Glede končne odločitve pa: na koncu se moraš sam odločiti, ker ne vemo, kako debelo denarnico imaš. Ne vemo tudi, če vedno hočeš najboljše/najhitrejše. mi5s je kakih 10% hitrejši od mi5.

K ceni dodaj še quick charge 3.0 polnilec (priložen je neroden, ker ga moraš uporabljati z adapterjem, ki je neroden). Link je v tej temi (BlitzWolf). Jaz sem ga naročil in sem ga dobil danes.

Jutri ga izprobam in povem, če je OK.

Za garancijo pobrskaj v tej temi. Se mi zdi, da je nekje link do trgovine, kjer so malenkost dražji, a z enoletno garancijo (poslano it Evrope). Ne me 100% držati za besedo.

Uni njihov adapter in polnilec so direkt romali v smeti. Bolje da nic ne bi dali zraven kot uno sranje.

CONCLUSIONS

The Xiaomi Mi5s is yet another phone made by the Chinese giant but it is definitely one of the best devices the company has produced.

The phone is well-built, it is compact and it simply looks beautiful. Also, the display is sharp and vibrant, and powerful internals assure a great day-to-day and 3D gaming performance.

Also, you can be rest assured that the phone will take some brilliant photos in good lighting and the battery will probably last you at least two days of moderate usage.

However, some users may be disappointed that there is no microSD card slot for storage expansion. Also, the low-light camera performance could be slightly better and there is no OIS like on the Xiaomi Mi5.

Other than that, the Xiaomi Mi5s is a very solid and one of the best phones you can buy as the lower-end model can be bought for just under $350.

Če primerjaš z ostalimi konkurenti, kot so iPhone 6, 7, Samsung Galaxy S7, itd., ima precej boljšo baterijo. Tudi v primerjavi z Mi5, saj ima 200 mAh več in downclocked procesor.

Zagotovo ni tam nekega praznega prostora namesto baterije :) Najbrž boljši hardware zasede več prostora in pa design je tudi bolj pomemben pri flagshipih, ne morejo si privoščit debel flagship.

Sej pravim, da očitno je ostal hardware tisto, kar onemogoča veliko baterijo. Xiaomi ne zaostja pri baterijah, iPhone ima skoraj polovico tega...

Tudi jaz sem ze odlocen za nakup, cakam se samo grey verzijo 3/64. Upam, da bo hitro.

Aha, ja, zdaj pa je! Jaz tudi čakam na top one! Nekam dolgo traja, pa samo druga barva je...

Ja cena naj bi bila za sivo/belega 4gb/128gb s carino pa nevem kako je.

Veliko ljudi čaka na temno verzijo, se bojim, da bodo trgovci to vsaj na začetku izkoristli in postavili astronomske cene...

Nekaj sem bral da na mi5 home gumb hitro zacne stekat. Je to res?

Nimam sicer 5s ampak Glass na mi5 od prvega dne (glede na to, da je mi4c brez zaščite imel kar nekaj prask po par mesecih in pazim na telefon - sem šel na sigurno).

Podobno je z etuijem, ker to steklo oz plastika odzadaj ne deluje trpežno - čeprav izgleda lepo).

Tako da, glede na to, da ti telefoni nimajo deklarirane zaščite, priporočam da se ne riskira.

Nillkin steklo stane na aliju 6-7EUR in je zelo kvalitetno, originalen super tanek prozoren Xiaomi etui stane prav tako 2 ali 3EUR na aliju.

Spet je pa s tem Gorilla Glasom takole. Punca je imela eno leto G4, ki je imel zaščito, a je bilo kljub temu kar nekaj mikro prask. Pa tudi pazi na telefon.

Ni ta Gorilla 100% garancija, da ne bo prask. Sliši seveda boljše z, ampak ultimativno se z uporabo vse popraska. Z Gorilla Glass mogoče manj, ampak praske bodo.

Kaj pa aluminij vs steklo na zadnji strani telefona? Pa naprimer vecja baterija in novejsi procesor? Baje tudi, da je telefon bolj "kompakten"
No, tudi sam se odlocam med mi5 in mi5s

Meni osebno se zdi steklo kar se tiče prask dosti bolj odporno kot pa pobarvan pleh je pa le ta bolj odporn na padce.

Final words

Our review of the smaller Xiaomi Mi 5s left us with mixed feelings and we were quite eager to meet the Mi 5s Plus. We were secretly hoping that Xiaomi had implemented all the novelties they have into the Mi 5s Plus and thus erase the bitter-sweet feelings the Mi 5s encounter left us with.

And it did! The Mi 5s Plus is quite a different beast from its Mi 5s sibling, with a bigger screen, better design, more powerful hardware, better battery life, and better camera skills.

Xiaomi didn't stick to the Mi 5s design, which lacked a proper frame and all those curves at the back compromised the handling big time. Then Xiaomi chose to opt for the more powerful Snapdragon 821 chip instead of the battery efficient route, and yet the battery life turned out great. Finally, the color and monochrome rear snappers are one of the most powerful combinations on the market, and it reaches beyond the traditional MIUI fans out there.

Yes, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is a better performer than its smaller sibling and an excellent flagship sold at a very attractive price. Sure, there is a thing or two, which might be deal-breakers for particular buyers. For instance, the small camera sensors aren't skilled for night shots or clips, while the lack of proper screen protection means you's have to resort to using a screen protector if you want it to retain its resale value better.

But the omissions are easy to swallow given the price, specs, and overall performance of the Mi 5s Plus. Here is what we found throughout reviewing the 4GB/64GB gold model.

Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus key test findings

-Build quality is excellent, as is the grip thanks to the prominent frame. The lack of an adequate protective glass above the screen is the only caveat.
-The display is great: it offers 650+ nits of brightness, high contrast, accurate colors, but just average legibility in direct sunlight. The minimum brightness of 1 nit is superb for night-time reading, the blacks are deep enough, and the viewing angles are decent.
-Battery life is excellent with an endurance rating of 104h, and great battery performance across all individual tests.
-Rich wireless connectivity options including IR blaster, but no FM radio.
-MIUI 8 is a clean and light shell on top of Android Marshmallow and offers rich customization options. The new Dual Spaces and Dual apps options are great additions.
-The Snapdragon 821 chipset offers stellar performance and the Mi 5s Plus easily tops other droids. It also runs cool, and there is no apparent overheating or throttling.
-Audio output starts off great, degrades with headphones. The speaker loudness is average, but the sound quality is very good.
-Color camera outs very pleasant daylight photos with rich detail, great contrast, and good dynamic range. The foliage often gets ruined either by noise reduction or by issues caused by the small sensor.
-The mono shots came out very impressive with even richer detail, higher contrast and dynamic range. Those came out often underexposed, so manual exposure tweaks are necessary.
-The results from the Stereo mode easily make up for the slow processing time in low light photography. Other than that, you'll be better off using the Normal camera mode.
-Great 4MP selfies, one of the better selfie snappers on the market.
-The image quality aspects of the 4K videos are average across the board - detail, noise, dynamic range, contrast. The 1080p videos have slightly more detail and sharper picture but suffer from the same uninspiring averageness as the 4K ones. The captured audio with low bitrate may come through sounding poorly in noisier environments.

Xiaomi Mi5 Review: Conclusion

Xiaomi is one of those firms which consistently manages to surprise us with its products. The Mi4 was a gorgeous powerhouse that left the Nexus 5 in its wake, while the Redmi Note 2 offered a phablet experience at a bargain basement cost. The more recent Mi4C delivered the same kind of performance as the Nexus 5X at a much lower price, but the Mi5 is perhaps the most striking handset the "Apple of the East" has ever created; it looks amazing, has cutting-edge tech inside and is capable of snapping amazing photos - and all for around half the cost of its big-name Android rivals.

The only sticking points with the Mi5 are its limited support of 4G networks in the UK and the MIUI software it ships with. While the UI is mostly excellent and has a lot of cool ideas I'd like to see incorporated into other phones, it takes a lot of work to get running properly and Xiaomi's changes often produce unexpected problems. The company has confirmed that a global ROM will be arriving for the phone in the near future however, and this could take the sting out of importing one of these devices from the Far East.

Taking the cost of the handset into account, it's easy to live with a few teething troubles, however. For ?275 you're getting a Snapdragon 820-powered behemoth with a crisp screen, super-fast fingerprint scanner, superb 16 megapixel camera, fast charging capability and NFC - in fact, the spec list wouldn't seem out of place on the latest effort from Samsung, Sony or LG. For the time being Xiaomi seems content to sell its devices in China and India, but the fact that it chose to unveil the Mi5 at Mobile World Congress in Spain speaks volumes - the Chinese are coming, and every other Android handset maker should take note.

do 11.11. se morem odločit, ali kupit mi5s (3/64) ali ne? rom me ne skrbi, rabim samo angleščino, HW pravjo da je dober. skrbi me le to, glede LTE omrežji, ker ne podpira 800mhz. Ima kdo kakšne praktične izkušnje s tem?

Samo Global verzija bo podpirala 37 bandov. Cena te verzije bo 550€+ na zacetku. 4/64 verzija pa standard 1800 in 2600 MHz.
