Obstaja, če tvoja matična plošča to podpira. Tam lahko nastavljaš profile oziroma limitiraš porabo. Če tega tam ni, ni ožno.
Ta limit v bistvu izvaja matična plošča, ne sam CPU.

V biosu preveri, ce je odklenjeno spreminjanje frekvenc, napetosti, itd. Ce je, lahko znizas porabo, sam prej si kaj preberi o tem.

Jaz imam "odvit" i7-10710U iz 65W na 25W in dela fanless. Samo hladilna rebra. Čisto silent pc.

Samo toliko mi je rekel, da se računalnik izklaplja. Ima pa neko manjše ohišje ...

V tem primeru je treba popraviti hlajenje. Včasih pomaga že menjava hladilne paste. Drugače pa naj vgradi večji hladilnik in/ali pusti ohišje odprto. Lahko tudi menja OS na linux, ker Windows se kar naprej ukvarja sam s sabo in po nepotrebnem segreva CPU.
