Dober primer je krom, ki je do 31celzija antiferomagneten. Kaj se z njim dogaja, to zaenkrat ne bi zaupal.

In kakšen je vpliv na dobre bakterije v črevesju? So te na skrivnosten način imune na to protibakterijsko antiferomagnetno polje, ali dobiš hudo drisko?


Kar sem jaz testiral ustreza infekcijam na koži. V notranjosti je pa precej drugače, drugačni so vsi vplivi. Kisik, svetloba itd...

Drugače pa imunski sistem teh dobrih bakterij ne bo kar napadel, za razliko od patogenih, ki jih bo pobil, ko bo dobil priložnost. Tu je ves štos.

Kako pa si simuliral nadzarovano "naravno okolje". Kako si izvajal eksperimente (na katerih bakterijah si testiral, kake instrumente si pri tem uporabil, itd.) ter na podlagi cesa si sklepal o uspesnosti eksperimenta? Pac povej kaj vec o svojih metodah.

Še en izum. Magnetit vržeš v glicerol pa še mal vode čez, zadeva sterilizira kar po zraku.

Čeprav vidim, da je še en folk nekaj dost podobnega počel. Samo nekam veliko čarajo za moje pojme, je pa to potditev da moje brute force metode delujejo.;)

The transition metal gallium disrupts Pseudomonas aeruginosa iron metabolism and has antimicrobial and antibiofilm activity

The competition for Fe is critical in the struggle between pathogen and host. Here we explore an antimicrobial approach that targets bacterial Fe metabolism by exploiting the chemical similarities between Fe and Ga. In in vitro studies, we found that low concentrations of Ga inhibit P. aeruginosa growth and prevent biofilm formation and that high levels kill planktonic bacteria and established biofilms. Although the available P. aeruginosa lung infection models are imperfect, we found corresponding effects in animal infections: Ga effectively cured acute lethal pneumonia, and early treatment reduced bacterial counts in an airway biofilm infection by approximately 1,000-fold. These data suggest that Ga’s ability to disrupt Fe metabolism in P. aeruginosa could be therapeutically useful in both acute and chronic infections.

Če gledaš tako, potem smo že v riti. Zdravljenje z linezolidom (recimo, da je še malo boljši kot vankomicin) stane precej tisoč evrov na osebo.

Problem obeh pa je, da nimata skoraj nobenega vpliva na gram-negativne vrste bakterij, kot je naprimer Klebsiella pneumoniae, ki je NDM-1 dovzetna bakterija.


S temle galijem so fentali gram-negativno bakterijo, proti kateri je MRSA precej neumnejša, kar se tiče biofilma in organizacije. Meni se zdi Pseudomonas aeruginosa še najbolj inteligentna od vseh bakterij. Sej zato pa tvori te biofilme kar povsod, na živalih, na rastlinah, na neživi naravi, v vesolju. Okapi se bo verjetno posmehoval tem raziskovalcem, realnost je pa takšna, da če se boš pri čem takem držal samo nasvetov iz našega kliničnega centra, boš končal pomoje na žalah.

On 29 April 2013, French scientists, funded by NASA, reported that, during spaceflight inside the International Space Station, P. aeruginosa bacteria seem to adapt to the microgravity and the biofilms formed during spaceflight exhibited a column-and-canopy structure that has "not been observed on Earth".[4]

Samo tolk, da vemo... da take zadeve pobijajo kar vse po vrsti, tudi omenjeno NDM-1 dovzetno bakterijo.

Jaz imam raje bolj čiste pristope. Pa to je dovoljeno v Rusiji, na zahodu pa ne.

The antibacterial effects of gallium are extremely broad, since they stop all iron dependent bacteria and fungi in their tracks by immediately terminating their growth. Bacteria and fungi need iron for their reproduction, and gallium looks like iron to them. However, gallium (III) can not become gallium (II), while iron (III) can become iron (II). Consequently, bacteria cannot replicate when given gallium. Gallium (III) may be thought of as a "birth-control agent" (bacteriostatic) for bacteria. Since it does not kill them outright, they do not become resistant to gallium.

NOTE: Probiotic (beneficial intestinal) microorganisms including species of the genera Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Bifidobacterium are not affected by the presence of gallium because they are not iron-dependent. Since probiotic bacteria are NOT adversely affected by gallium, this is why gallium does not cause intestinal problems in animals or people. It is harmless to beneficial intestinal bacteria.
