phpMyAdmin Error

Rad bi naredil mySQL bazo in tabelo.
To sem hotel narediti tako da sem v brskalnik vtipkal http://localhost/phpmyadmin/

Napiše mi:

A mogoče kdo ve kaj je narobe, mogoče je to da imam za mySQL-u narjene tri user accounte.

inštaliral sem ga že(xampp), katerim navodilom pa to?
