Aegon successfully unified six of the Seven Kingdoms in just two years, with only Dorne able to successfully resist.

The production of a new TV series based on the Game of Thrones prequel, Aegon's Conquest, is in the works. The series will follow the story of Aegon Targaryen's bloody and brutal conquest of Westeros, where he united six of the Seven Kingdoms with his sisters Rhaenys and Visenya and their dragons, with only Dorne successfully resisting.
