Zvok ne dela v tv ripu

A mi lahko kdo pove kateri codec si moram naložiti da bi mi delal zvok v filmu?

Sem uporabil G-spot pa poleg tega ne vem kaj naj naredim.G-spot mi je pokazal naslednje:

DirectShow was also able to find a codec to render it - the sound for this media clip should work fine.

Povej mi samo nekaj:Kako naj izbrišem/odinstaliram tale codec če pa tega sploh instaliral nisem.
Tepeta pa se spodnja dva(se mi zdi)
