In sicer dobil sem tale odgovor in problem je v tem , da jaz nikjer nimam tega Virtual Surrond.

This change is related to the Low Latency Audio feature that shipped in Flash Player 11.3.
I believe that disabling the "Virtual Surround" enhancement under Control Panel > Sound > Playback > Speakers > Properties > Enhancements > Virtual Surround will get you back to playback in the two primary channels.
Here's a more in-depth explanation:
In Cyril, we are using CoreAudio api to render audio on Vista and Win7. Since CoreAudio is a low level api, it allows us to get very low latency audio. The downside is that the we can no longer specify the format of the audio that we wish to playback. CoreAudio asks for a certain format that is suitable with the internal audio mixer and that is the format in which we should supply audio to CoreAudio.
In a surround speaker system (3.1, 5.1 etc), the number of channels of audio CoreAudio asks for is equal to the number of speakers attached to the machine. We currently fill silence for any channel other than the first two. So, sound can be heard only in the first two channels. Even if the virtual surround option is turned in the sound card properties, no surround can be heard because the card thinks that we are already supplying multi-channel data.
This issue affects only those people who have a multi-speaker system attached to their machine and have turned on the virtual surround sound option in their control panel for the sound card.
