STEALTH Method
The STEALTH method differs from the other methods in that it is much faster and uses
much less central memory for the defragmentation.

be used to great effect on workstations and other computers.

The SPACE methods offer you a great solution if your volumes are very heavily fragmented. It also allows you
to consolidate your data so that the amount of contiguous free space is as large as possible and further
fragmentation is prevented.
The SPACE method is the best one for your initial defragmentation and for defragmentation in the background,
as long as there is enough free space on the hard disk and the number of files is not too great. Otherwise,
you should consider using the STEALTH method.
