Izogibajte se ponudnikom Autodoc.si in rezervniavtodeli24.si ker boste v primeru, da ste dobili nedelujoč del z njimi morali komunicirati v tujem jeziku, poleg tega boste po 200 poslanih mejlih, ko bodo od vas zahtevali že nemogoče stvari (na primer račun, ki ste ga izstavili stranki za del, ki ste ugotovili, da ne dela - kako boš izstavil račun za nedelujoč del ipd.) obupali. Pazite se jih!

Sem že ogromno naročil na Autodocu (rezervniavtodeli24 so v bistvu Autodoc), pa nikoli nobenih problemov. Seveda boš moral komunicirati v tujem jeziku, kaj si pa pričakoval, če imajo sedež v Nemčiji?
Do sedaj sem 2-krat vrnil izdelek, no v bistvu 1-krat. Prvič so mi poslali slabo delujočo plinsko vzmet prtljažnika. Vrnil, dobil denar nazaj. Drugič pa je prišla poknjena ekspanzijska posoda. Posredoval slike in so takoj naslednji dan dali na pot novo. Res pa da traja, da izdelki pridejo do tebe.
Hvala bogu, da obstaja Autodoc, da ne preplačujem delov tukaj.

Se strinjam z zgornjim postom. Sicer pa glede na to da je OP registriran ravno danes je možno, da gre za kakšnega slovenskega trgovca z avtodeli zafrustriranega zaradi ugodnih cen na autodoc in jih namerno blati.

Kar veliko delov sem že naročil preko autodoc-a oz. njegovih spletnih izpostav
Ko sem dobil napačen del oz. tak, ki ni ustrezal (njihova napaka) so mi poslali novega. Ali pa celo izdali dobropis, del sem obdržal. Neustreznega sem vračal na njihove stroške.
Ko sem sam naredil napako, so mi ravno tako brez veliko komplikacij uredili vračilo ter dobropis. Vendar sem v tem primeru kril poštne stroške.
Korekten odnos zaenkrat.
Ko sem dobil napačen del oz. tak, ki ni ustrezal (njihova napaka) so mi poslali novega. Ali pa celo izdali dobropis, del sem obdržal. Neustreznega sem vračal na njihove stroške.
Ko sem sam naredil napako, so mi ravno tako brez veliko komplikacij uredili vračilo ter dobropis. Vendar sem v tem primeru kril poštne stroške.

Evo vso korespondenco zafrustriranega prodajalca (zbrisani osebni podatki) z njimi, ko smo dobili nedelujopč del. Mejli iz njihove strani se veselo nadaljujejo. Vsake 2 do 3 dni. Pa še na žalost ti Nemci ne govorijo nemško - tudi preko telefona ne!!!!!

It must be an official bill/invoice with a stamp and signature.
This are the requirements from the Manufacturer without it the case will be rejected by him.

Please provide us the VIN number when you will have possibility to be able to proceed with your case.
Also provide you the Warranty Form that you have to complete with all the required dates, please print it out and complete it, take a photo of it and send it back to us, also inform you that you can send it back to us in PDF format.
Please also mention if you had additional expenses for dismounting the spare part, mention that services are not able to apply for the additional expenses just service costumer.

We will try to get a full VIN number. 6-8 weeks for a refund? The part is practically not a matter of warranty, but is a new non-operational. This is an extremely bad experience for us. I hope you already get the part back we have snde them back on Monday.

Inform you, that with out the full VIN number ( Chassis number) we are not able to check the compatibility that is required in warranty cases, we will be able to proceed with the refund just in case that warranty claim will be approved.
Inform you, that you will have to send the spare part back to us for the investigation , soon we will provide you more dates, after the compatibility check, from the moment when the spare part is provided to the manufacture, investigation takes 6-8 weeks.
Please provide us the Chassis number of the car, that don't present a personal date, with it we are able to mention the car specification and to find the OEN (original equipment number ) of the spare part.

We only have the last 6 VIN numbers xxxxxxxx because we do not keep whole numbers for data protection. The vehicle is Passat. It was not a problem, however, that the part would not fit, but that the compressor was defective, immediately it was to run make a noise. Since we have a workshop for 30 years, you probably do not question the professionalism of the installation ?. We would like to refound money because we have purchased a new compressor from the other supplier because the customer was in a hurry because he was going on vacation.

Please let us know, how you have mentioned that spare part is not in a good working order, also mention, that the terms that we provided to you, are standard for all the warranty cases.
Please provide us the VIN number when you will have possibility to be able to proceed with your case.
Also provide you the Warranty Form that you have to complete with all the required dates, please print it out and complete it, take a photo of it and send it back to us, also inform you that you can send it back to us in PDF format.
Please also mention if you had additional expenses for dismounting the spare part, mention that services are not able to apply for the additional expenses just service costumer.

We will try to get a full VIN number. 6-8 weeks for a refund? The part is practically not a matter of warranty, but is a new non-operational. This is an extremely bad experience for us. I hope you already get the part back we have snde them back on Monday.

Inform you, that with out the full VIN number ( Chassis number) we are not able to check the compatibility that is required in warranty cases, we will be able to proceed with the refund just in case that warranty claim will be approved.
Inform you, that you will have to send the spare part back to us for the investigation , soon we will provide you more dates, after the compatibility check, from the moment when the spare part is provided to the manufacture, investigation takes 6-8 weeks.
Please provide us the Chassis number of the car, that don't present a personal date, with it we are able to mention the car specification and to find the OEN (original equipment number ) of the spare part.

We only have the last 6 VIN numbers xxxxxxxx because we do not keep whole numbers for data protection. The vehicle is Passat. It was not a problem, however, that the part would not fit, but that the compressor was defective, immediately it was to run make a noise. Since we have a workshop for 30 years, you probably do not question the professionalism of the installation ?. We would like to refound money because we have purchased a new compressor from the other supplier because the customer was in a hurry because he was going on vacation.
