Win XP SP2

Zdravo,

Na prenosniku imam inštaliran Win XP, ki mi ob zagonu (nomalen zagon) javi napako :Faild to get proc addrss for GetLogicalProcessorInformation(KERNEL32.DLL).
Drugače dela vse ok, sem pa opazil dako hočem zagnat Skype ni namest zagona javi to isto napako. Poskusil sem download Skype pa mi pri inštalaciji spet javi isto napako. Kaj lahko storim ne da bi ponovno nalagal Windowse.
