Najem stanovanja v Angliji

Z eno družino sem dogovoril za varovanje njihovega otroka, ker pa ne morem bivati pri njih, so mi poiskali stanovanje. Zanima me, na kaj vse moram pazit pri najemu, da se ne zafrknem in da ne bo to samo zelo drag izlet v UK. Družina me je kontaktirala preko aupair.com strani in se misli preselit v Anglijo, ko dobim stanovanje. Kakršnekoli informacije so dobrodošle.

The apartment is a one room apartment in a shared house so you will not be sharing your room and it's facilities with anybody since all the rooms have there private facilities like toilet, bathroom, kitchen, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer and so on.
You will be expected to pay a total sum of £872 as 1 month advance deposit require and the refundable security deposit on the apartment before the Lease Agreement and a rent receipt can be issued to you.
We already have offers for the apartment so you have to pay the deposit right away so that we can secure the apartment for you as we cannot guarantee you of the apartment without the deposit. However the accepted payment methods are Credit card payment, Ukash payment, Bitcoin payment and Perfect money payment and you will be expected to complete the advance rent deposit to us and have a rent receipt issued to you immediately your payment is confirmed.

zlato pravilo: ne kupuj / najemaj (placuj) necesa vnaprej, brez da ne vidis kaj kupujes! sicer zgleda pade ves tvoj izlet v vodo, vsaj s to druzino. ampak ce se selis, vedno isci stanovanje ko si ze enkrat tam!

Popolnoma iste maile sem dobil tudi jaz. Sumljivo mi je bilo že pri višini žepnine in zakaj mi v bistvu nočejo oni plačati stanovanja, kar sem jih tudi vprašal in jasno, niso odgovorili. Bom poiskal kaj drugega.
