Free (or cheap) webhosting in Slovenia

First of all, sorry to write in English, anyhow my Slovenian knowledge without online translator is very limited.
I search free or cheap webhosting with IP in Slovenia, because of a project that is strongly related to Slovenia. The hosting should have quiet low features (min. 50 MB disk space, 500 MB bandwith, php support).
Anything, what I was able to find until now were hostings, that cost 50+ EUR per year, which is not feasible for our low profile project.
