Senior Backend Developer -- brisan oglas

Opis delovnega mesta

- Design, build, and maintain the backend architecture of the VCG.AI platform.
- Develop and manage databases, APIs, and data integration pipelines for processing and serving large-scale datasets.
- Architect and manage the infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Handle deployment, scaling, and monitoring of backend and AI workloads in AWS environments (EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, etc.).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for smooth integration and deployment cycles.
- Conduct use case and system analysis to choose the best tools and frameworks for each component.
- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability across backend and infrastructure layers.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive maintenance.
- Collaborate with the AI and product teams to ensure backend services and APIs integrate effectively with data models and front-end components.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in backend development and system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing backend services, APIs, and database models.
- Proven hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, e.g. EKS, ECS).
- Deep knowledge of AWS services.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Understanding of microservice architectures, data pipelines, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset, capable of leading architectural decisions independently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with AI, data, and product teams.
