Windows XP in modem

mam motorolo 56k fax modem pa sm vceraj na novo instaliral windowse xp in instaliral vse driverje(od maticne, graficne, monitorja) na koncu pa se modem. modem mi je sicer prepoznalo vendar driverje od modema s cdja ni hotlo instalirat ker kao nima windows xp ditigal sign al nekj tazga. no pol sm pa tm izbrau standard modem 56k in je uspesno driverje instaliralo. Ko sm se hotu povezat na net mi pa je javlo naslednjo napako:

-Verify that another application, such as HyperTerminal, is not using the communications port. If the port is being used, subsequently starting -Network Connections may cause this message to appear.

...in, je meu mogoce kdo kdaj ze podobne tezave...sm mogu kej se dodatno instalirat, nastavit..mogoce u biosu?? v modem properties pod device status pise: This device is working properly. je pa tud cudno, da se nc ne slis modema ce dam speaker volume na high. V port(com1) in port(com2) tud pise Device is working properly.

no zdej se pa prosim razpisite in povejte kako ustrezno resitev..
