Twix. Če se ti ne da niti prebrati določenih stvari, torej si vzeti zvečer 3 urice časa, namesto da pogledaš film, potem je tako ali tako vse brezveze. Tudi če si vzamem cel dan in ti vse razložim še enkrat, pri tebi ne bo delovalo. Preprosto si napredka ne želiš dovolj, nimaš motivacije. Poleg tega mi očitaš, da ne pišem o svojem napredku, kar kaže le na to, da nisi prebral popolnoma nič. Očitaš mi, da reklamiram. Ali ti kaj prodajam? Tudi linke, ki sem jih prilepil so zastojn. Nobenega programa ti ni treba kupiti, če hočeš uspeti. Je treba le vztrajati mesece in leta, medtem ko je preventiva pri otrocih precej bolj enostavna. Ne bom se spuščal v podrobnosti, ampak vprašajmo se. Če bi bilo pri 20 letih(na višku moči) 50% gluhih, ali bi sprejeli, da je to gensko in da se nič ne da narediti, da bi to preprečili, da bi ustavili napredovanje gluhosti, oziroma, da bi gluhost odpravili.

Sem si zdej bol podrobno pogledal. Ugotovu sm sledeče, da imaš dioptrijo, ki jo poskušaš zdravit na naraven način z vajami. Poleg tega sm tut opazu, da predvsem nočeš poslušati oz. vidiš/prebereš/slišiš samo tisto kar hočeš, kar ti ugaja. (Vajina debata z uporabnikom "Frodo Bisagin"). Kar ti jst hočm povedat in kar verjetno ignoriraš je, da če, hočeš, da se vid izboljša/ne poslabša, moraš nehat gledati na blizu. Ka pa je skoraj nemogoče oz. moraš potem stalno vadit. Ne rečem, verjetno vaje delujejo, ljude smo si različni, nekaterim bolje nekaterim manj učinkujejo, dvomim pa da delujejo za visoke dioptrije. Samo jst tem "alternativam" težko verjamem, ker grejo po principu "rekla/kazala", ki niso osnnovane na nobeni znastveni raziskavi, ampak na hitrem zaslužku nad nevednimi ljudmi. Očitno sem bil slabo infromiran, ker za te vaje nism vedel. Zakaj ti zdravnik, ko opazi, da slabo vidiš, ne predlaga vaje za oči? Oziroma, zdej več nevem, mogoče tudi to obstaja. Po kratkem brskanju po spletu se najde ogromno stvari:




Ampak vsi tej videi imajo v opisu/na koncu videa povezavo do strani na kateri te na koncu branja privede do "za več infomacij je potrebno nakazilo na ta bančni račun".
Morda lahko že po obliki/zgledu spletne strani sklepaš, da gre za nateg oziroma zavajanje. Predobro, da bi bilo resnično.

Spet sm najdu eno zanimivo spletno stran "vse o vidu", kjer je med drugim tud članek o teh vajah za oči:

Advantages

Eyeglasses Pros and Cons


Advantages

✔ Wearing glasses reduces the need to touch your eyes, which in turn reduces the likelihood of irritating your eyes or developing an eye infection.

✔ If you have dry or sensitive eyes, glasses won't exacerbate the problem like contact lenses can.

✔ Eyeglasses generally are cheaper than contact lenses over the long term. You don't need to replace glasses as often (unless you break them!) and if your prescription changes over time, you may be able to keep your current frames and just replace the lenses.

Disadvantages

Rehabilitacija pri visokih dioptrijah traja leta, učinki so na kratek rok (razen prve 2 meseca) sila skromni, zato velika večina ljudi ni pripravljena vztrajati. Tako kot se ti ne poslabša vid v enem mesecu kljub branju z minus lečami, se ti tudi ne bo v enem mesecu (razen na začetku) bistveno izboljšal. Peav tako programi z raznoraznimi vajami, ki obljubljajo perfekten vid v zelo kratkem času niso nič drugega kot prevara. Ključno pri rehabilitaciji so navade, ki jih lahko vneseš v vsakdanjik. Nič ti ne bo pomagalo če boš 8 ur bral na 40cm s polno minus korekcijo oziroma po možnosti še s predozirano korekcijo, nato pa pol ure vsak dan izvajal vaje. Temelj vsega je, da za branje uporabljaš očala za od 1,5 do 2 nižjo dioptrijo. Očitaš mi, da ne želim poslušati (debata s Frodo Bisaginom), kar sploh ni res. Moje znanje temelji na znanosti Znanost pa je glede minus leč, kratkovidnosti in bljižnjega dela jasna. Vpiši v google near induced transient myopia, pa ti bo stric google vrgel številne klinične študije, ki kažejo, da bljižnje delo povzroča kratkovidnost. Nato pa vpiši še lens induced myopia, pa se ti bodo prikazale študije, ki dokazujejo, da minus leče povzročajo še večjo kratkovidnost. Nisem pa še zasledil študije, ki bi dokazala varnost minus leč. Je pa proces izjemno počasen in ni enostavno, daleč od tega. ZELO TEŽKO je popraviti škodo, ki jo napravijo dolgotrajna uporaba minus leč v kombinaciji z bljižnjim delom.
