I've purchased a new annual toll sticker, but accidentally stuck it on the wrong way. What should I do?
If the annual toll sticker was invalidated accidentally, you have the opportunity by the end of March of the current year to obtain a replacement toll sticker by presenting the filled out and signed form, Replacement Toll Sticker due to Incorrect Use replacement form (attached) at the locations shown together with the following documents:
your supporting letter (description of how the annual toll sticker became invalid),
a copy of the registration certificate,
the invalidated annual toll sticker including the lower portion of the toll sticker (= backing film) in the original,
as well as the invoice for the new annual toll sticker (the purchase of the toll sticker for newly registered vehicles must be within the last month)

You can obtain the replacement toll sticker at the following locations:

ARBÖ (until the end of March of the current year)
ÖAMTC (until the end of March of the current year)
ASFINAG Maut Service GmbH, A-5020 Salzburg, Alpenstraße 99 (all year round)
ASFINAG toll stations (until the end of March of the current year)
