Kako odstraniti Internet explorer iz WinXP?

Hočem odstraniti Iinternet explorer, ker mi gre dobesedno na živce.
V Firefoxu kliknem npr. da bi poslal neko zadevo nekomu po pošti (mailto) pa mi začne odpirat nešteto oken od IE, nato pa komp itak zamrzne.

To se zgodi, če kliknem recimo na tole pisemce:


Če grem pod "program files" in izbrišem mapo IE, je noče izbrisati.
Pod dodaj/ostrani programe pa na seznamu ni IE-ja.
