Legalno ali nelegalno?

Ali lahko podjetje kupi 20 licenc neke programske opreme, potem pa te programe proda naprej drugim podjetjem? (na licenci bo zaradi skupnega nakupa zapisano prvo podjetje in ne končni kupci)

Takšne verzije lahko prodaš (če gre za pač home userja). Da bi pa ti kot podjetje kupoval multilicenco in jo potem prodajal vnaprej, pa mislim, da ne gre tako enostavno... No, vsaj slišal še nisem za kaj podobnega.

Nakup programske opreme je cedalje bolj nakup storitve. Gre v koncni fazi za EULA, pogodbo med prodajalcem in kupcem.

Kaj vse pa lahko prodajalec taj not napise, da je stvar se vedno legalna je pa vprasanje in tudi vprasljiva je veljavnost take 'one click' pogodbe.

hm... tole je men mal čudno vse skupi.... Kaj lahko kdo najde, kje piše v License Agreement-u, da ne smem tega počet?

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which program may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. All rights of any kind in program which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by XYZ. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on program. You may not make access to program available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use program in a business to provide file backup services to others.

Evaluation and Licensing
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a license fee is required as described in the section Ordering Information. When payment is received you will be sent a Serial Number, no software will be shipped.

Unlicensed use of program after the 30-day evaluation period is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Distribution
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Evaluation Version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish, give exact copies of the original Evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the Evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. Erm, ne vem od kje si to dobil, ampak po moje je keč ravno v tistem "podjetje kupi 20 komadov". Če kupi en posameznik v trgovini za polno ceno zadevo, je najbrž manj omejitev za prodajo dalje, podjetje pa kupi 20 kosov pod nekimi dodatnimi pogoji, zaradi katerih je vse skupaj ceneje in tudi bolj omejeno.

Seveda vse to čisto na pamet, kot so ti že povedali je odvisno izključno od pogodbe, ampak bi pričakoval, da sem vsaj približno zadel.
