e-mail naslov in SPAM problem

Pozdravljeni!
V zadnjih dveh-treh mesevicih na svoj e-mail prejemam precej spama, okrog 100 dnevno.
To še ni tak problem, za pošto imam Thundrbird, antivirus je NOD32, moti me nekaj drugega.
Med tem spamom se od časa do časa pojavi mail pri katerem je kot naslov pošiljatelja naveden moj e- naslov!
Ker sam sebi ne pošiljam pošte
me zanima kako lahko do tega pride?
In kako to preprečit?

Posnemi si še kaj drugega, saj nod32 ni zadosti! Priporočam avg anti-spyware free, superantispyware free, spyware terminator,.. pa še kak dober firewall kot comodo firewall ali pa online armor free...

e-mail imam pri Siolu, imam tudi gmail ki ga največ uporabljam.
Drugih problemov ni, vse dela normalno, nič počasneje kot prej.

Email protokol omogoča, da se kot pošiljateljev naslov navede katerikoli naslov. Tako je mogoče čisto enostavno poslati popolnoma veljavno sporočilo, ki je navidezno prišlo recimo z naslova bill.gates@microsoft.com, zato lahko seveda pride tudi do tega, da dobiš pošto z lastnega naslova. Tega ne moreš nikakor preprečiti.
Bolje ispasti glup nego iz aviona.

Obstaja pa resitev: SPF.
Tukaj dejansko za domeno dolocis iz katerih serverjev se izkljucno posilja posta.
Ce potem drug SMTP server sprejme posto z izvornim naslovom nekdo@nekaj.si lahko hitro preveri
s katerih racunalnikov se posilja nekaj.si posta in ugotovi, da spammer ne posilja iz enega od njih.

To je bil File Sharing test, test portov je pokazal da vsi porti(1056) delujejo v stealth mode.

Dostop do interneta imam prek SiOL-ovega Sagem routerja, nameščen(po novem) Comodo Firewall in Comodo Antivirus, prej NOD32.
Firewall je po namestitvi pri pregledu našel dva trojanca, en nekategoriziran virus in dve potencialno nevarni aplikaciji, eno v Windows\System32.
NOD32 ni prej našel nič, prav tako ne tisto s****je od Microsofta, Malicius Softwarw Rwmoval in Microsoft Antispyware...
Zato me zanima koliko je temu za verjet
