Nabavil sem router ASUS RX3041, kateri ima vgrajen tudi firewall. Sam priklop in povezava z internetom mi ni delala težav. Mi je pa sumljivo glede firewall-a. V nastavitvah piše, da je firewall "enabled" in vendar... ob zagonu programov kot sta uTorrent, DC++ in še nekaj drugih, vse lepo deluje. Kolikor je meni znano nebi smeli loudati dokler jim ne odprem porta. Mi lahko kdo svetuje, ki ima ta router in ima izkušnje z njim.

Mam ta router in mi dela enako - emule dela kar po defaultu, pa nisem šel posebej forwardat portov. Torrentov pa ne uporabljam. Nastavitve so pa skoraj vse na default, tudi jaz nimam UPnP enablan.
Veliko jih je notri, še več jih je pa zunaj.

Sicer torrent dela tudi ce ne odpiras portov a potem se poveze samo s peeri ki imajo odprt firewall. Pa sta prepricana da je firewall vklopljen (obstajajo online testi, mislim da je eden na Sygate-ovi strani) ?

Po temle linku sodeč, naj bi firewall na routerju deloval normalno...
