Nujno!!! ( napaka pri vnos v register )

V registru sem naredil spremembo. Ko sem pc restartal mi ne odpre nobene aplikacije več. Ko kliknem na kakšno ikono na namizju oz. če hočem v register se mi pojavi naslednje :

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator

V register ne morem več priti. Prosim če mi lahko kdo karkoli pomaga.

V safemode-u ne morem spreminjati nič. Nikjer. Ne vem kaj naj naredim.

Daj opiši, kaj točno si delal z registrom, kaj in kako si spreminjal ?

Lahko da si nastavil Permissionse uporabnikov na root HKEYih, spreminjal ali dodajal kakšne group/security policy pravila ... skratka veliko načinov da si lepo posodobiš sistem.

Kot kakšen uporabnik oz del grupe ne moreš spreminjati teh nastavitev (User,Administrator .... ) ?

This is not an Outlook error. The most common cause is a corrupt registry key in Internet Explorer 6. The registry key found at
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command
is either damaged or corrupt.

To fix it, try resetting Web settings in Internet Explorer. If this does not resolve the issue, you'll need to import the registry key from another computer.
