It is crucial for us that our designers know when to think outside the box and when not to reinvent the wheel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in visual design, design systems, or UX research.

your tasks and responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for UX research, analysis and UI design
- Support to define design patterns, document guidelines, build, and maintain design systems
- Coach development teams including UX into their processes
- Increase usability and accessibility in order to achieve an optimal, seamless and consistent user experience
- Continuous quality assurance of the engineers' output
- Initiation, execution and evaluation of different User Experience Tests
- Conduct user research (qualitative/quantitative) and convert findings into actionable designs
- Contributing and participating in global projects, collaborating closely with product teams

your skills
- Successfully completed education in User Experience and/or Digital Design
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related field (preferably in enterprise-level software)
- Experience building and documenting design systems
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS as well as graphics and prototyping software
- Strong visual design skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in analytical tools (Hotjar, etc.) and in conducting usability tests
- Ability to create outstanding presentations visualizing ideas and concepts
- Proactive, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Curious mindset with an urge to learn new skills, techniques, and tools
- Enthusiasm to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment
- Solid understanding of Agile development processes
- Fluency in English (verbally and in writing), working proficiency in German is a plus
- Passionate and motivated to build innovative products
