Problemi z datotekami MKV s podnapisi pri 5gb

Pozdravljeni!
Kako bi enostavno rešil težavo s filmi mkv in podnapisi, ki imajo velikost 5gb recimo? Rad bi namreč imel datoteko manjšo od 4gb s podnapisi vred za podporo fat32 na usb ključu.
MKVtoolnix ti film lahko razdeli na dva ali več delov, vendar me zanima ali obstaja varianta da bi to naredil tudi s podnpaisi?

exFAT ne moreš uporabiti?

Podnapise lahko splitaš na več CDjev z time adjusterem ali z subtitle workshop. Seveda je pa format ključka na exFAT ali NTFS bolj praktična rešitev
