ASUS garancija: grafične kartice

Se mi je zazdelo, da bi marsikomu tole prišlo prav (predvsem tistim, ki kolebajo ali menjava hladilnika izniči garancijo).

Torej, glede na pogovor ima ASUS:
- 3 letno garancijo (do katere lahko dostopaš direktno) // GG ASUS
- zamenjava hladilnika ne izniči garancije // na US strani majo sicer napisano, da garancija ne velja, če: "The product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorized personnel", kar je kontradiktorno
- fizične poškodbe (kot posledica navijanja) izničijo garancijo // obviously

Če imaš 2 levi roki bi pri menjavi lahko fizično poškodoval PCB ali kakšen drug element.

Navijanje se nikjer ne pozna razen če flashaš kartico in ti crkne ter gor ostane predelan BIOS, ki ga ne moreš (od)flashat.
Imajo pa ene firme politiko, da coolerje lahko menjaš pa ne komplicirajo, samo ko pošiljaš nazaj mora bit tovarniški, ker če zamenjajo grafično se ne boj zajebaval s premontiranjem in pošiljanjem tvojega. Zato se gre in nič drugega.
Garancija, ki jo da proizvajalec vedno velja ampak moraš poslat direktno k njim. Garancijo, ki jo da naš uvoznik pa skrbi on. Recimo sam imam ASUS 144Hz monitor, Mlacom daje 2 leti, ASUS pa 3. Če mi bo 3 leto crknil (bog ne daj) ga bom moral poslat direktno na ASUS. Če pa bo znotraj dveh let pa lahko nesem na Mlacom, pa bojo oni poslal naprej. Tko imajo vsi proizvajalci. Isto recimo Corsair napajalnik, ki ga imam. Pri nas 2 leta garancije, preko Corsaira pa 5 al celo 7 za moj high end model. To ni nič novega, ker tko furajo že kar pomnim.

Navijanje se nikjer ne pozna razen če flashaš kartico in ti crkne ter gor ostane predelan BIOS, ki ga ne moreš (od)flashat.
Potem ne crkne, ampak samo zafleša (kar sicer nima veze z navijanjem). To se da komot popraviti (in videti) s sekundarno grafično... Ampak vprašanje, če to sploh na servisu preverjajo.
Navijanje se lahko pozna, ampak v precej ekstremnih primerih - npr. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/sho.... Ampak še enkrat... Dvomim, da se jim sploh da iti razšraufavat grafulje, da najdejo tisto pešico graf na mesec, na katerih je to razvidno.
Garancija, ki jo da proizvajalec vedno velja ampak moraš poslat direktno k njim.
To je velikokrat problematično in ne drži vedno. Mnogi proizvajalci v Evropi ne sprejemajo izdelkov od končnih strank, ampak samo od uradnih dobaviteljev. Gigabyte je recimo en tak primer.
