subtitles problem

hello

which program do you use to to fix bugs in subtitles? it happens very often,that on my yakumo master freezes some subtitles. i have tried subtitle workshop and some others,but some subtitles still freezes.

if i remember correct then they press the pause button 2 times (or is it the slow button?)
i hope someone with a yakumo wil answer that.
i think that they disabled the bug with a new firmware too.
