This requires editing the registry. Backup your system beforehand.

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Enter regedit into the textbox and click OK
4. In regedit go to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

5. Click the Edit Menu
6. Select New and DWORD value
7. Name your selection MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server and hit ENTER
8. Double click MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
9. When the box opens change the value to a.
10. Click the Edit Menu again
11. Select New and DWORD value
12. Name your selection MaxConnectionsPerServerand hit ENTER
8. Double click MaxConnectionsPerServer
9. When the box opens change the value to a.
10. Quit regedit



This changes it to a maximum of 10 (hex a) downloads at once.
