As the QA Team Leader for electronic Roulette Team, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance efforts to ensure our gaming systems meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and compliance. You will oversee and coordinate the work of a team of 4 QA testers, while also participating hands-on in test planning, execution, and reporting. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep expertise in QA methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 4 QA testers, ensuring efficient task allocation, performance follow-up, and professional development.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee QA activities across multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Perform manual testing on electronic Roulette systems to verify compliance with functional and regulatory requirements.
Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies in a structured and traceable manner.
Develop and executete comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and define testing strategies.
Validate software fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the product.
Supervise and support the integration testing of software with hardware components to ensure seamless product behaviour.
Review and validate technical documentation related to QA processes and results.
Conduct formal testing, including functional, integration, regression, and non-regression scenarios, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards.
Promote continuous improvement within the QA team through process optimization and proactive problem-solving.

Work experience and education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the gaming industry or similar regulated environments.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, software development lifecycle, and QA best practices.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with manual testing processes, including exploratory testing.
Familiarity with hardware testing or machine integration testing is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to document test results, bugs, and processes in a clear and concise manner.
Basic knowledge of Positional Numeral Systems– understanding number bases (binary, decimal, hexadecimal)
Experience with Gaming System peripherals devices – hands-on knowledge of serial protocols such as ccTalk, ID003, etc.
Strong understanding of the SAS protocol (Slot Accounting System)
Familiarity with QA automation – experience using automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline regression and integration testing processes.
Proficiency with key tools: Confluence for documentation, Jira for issue tracking and project management, SVN and Git for version control systems.
