Java SDK Senior Developer -- brisan oglas

We are looking for experienced backend developer with expertise in Java programming language. As a senior developer you will be working in a team of accomplished developers, responsible for design, development and testing of backend services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design of scalable, testable and maintainable solutions
-Implement readable code that complies with best programming practices
-Mentorship of less experienced developers
-Integration of backend interfaces with other internal and external IT systems
-Coordinate work with local and remote colleagues
-Support project managers and designers regarding technical topics

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-At lease 5 years of experience with Java or Scala programming languages
-Experience with distributed high available systems
-Understanding of asynchronous and multi-threaded programming design patterns
-Understanding of synchronization methods
-Understanding of programming algorithms and data structures
-Knowledge of programming patterns leading to readable, maintainable and extendable code
-Optimisation, profiling and diagnostics of distributed applications

Priority is given to candidates with:
-Experience with API designs
-Basic knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ)
-Practical experiences working with distributed fault tolerant systems requiring
-Processing and storage of huge amounts of data(hazelcast , redis)

-Analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
-Quick adaptation of new programming solutions
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Dedication to create innovative and maintainable products
-Interested in learning new skills and teaching them to other colleagues
