Težave s Time Zone v win10

Za "porihtat" imam en računalnik z win 10, ki sicer deluje ok, edino časovne cone ne morem nastavit.
V nastavitvah vidim, da je time zone nastavlje na mehiko. Spremenim na centralno evropo, zaprem grem pogledat nastaviteve in je spet mehika.

Zaženem terminal kot admin.

Preverim timezone z tzutil /g in dobim Eastern Standard Time

Nastavim timezone z tzutil /s "Central Europe Standard Time"

Preverim timezone z tzutil /g in dobim Central Europe Standard Time

Ponovno čez pol minute preverim timezone z tzutil /g in dobim Eastern Standard Time !!!

V čem je finta? Kdo me jezi? :)
