Pogodbenik za dostavo s Colissimo / Gearbest

Pozdravljeni!
Z Gearbest sem naročil telefon in izbral pošiljanje iz EU skladišča. Dobil sem številko za sledenje in iz podatkov sledi, da je paket bil odposlan s francosko Colissimo, nakar so mi ga poskusili vročiti in sedaj je v nekem depoju v Mariboru. Na dan vročitve me res ni bilo doma, vendar nisem dobil nobenega tel. klica, niti obvestila v poštni nabiralnik.

Pošta Slovenije o tem paketu ne ve ničesar. Mogoče kdo ve, katera dostavna služba sodeluje s temi francozi? Namreč tudi vpisovanje francoske tracking nr. v obrazce raznih naših dostavljačev mi ne obrodi sadov...

Takole, zadevo sem rešil. Če se bo še kdo ukvarjal s podobnim:
- pogodbeni sodelavec za La Poste je DPD.
- v klicnem centru DPD ne moreš urediti skoraj ničesar brez njihove številke paketa. Seveda je od pošiljatelja prav tako ne moreš dobiti, lahko zgolj francosko.
- v drugem, bolj jeznem klicu na DPD, so s pomočjo mojega naslova in datuma spodletele dostave paket "odkrili" na bližnji pošti, kjer sem ga tudi prevzel.

Punca je imela podobno izkušnjo:

A package from France with Colissimo (via La Poste - French post) and DPD Slovenia - complete failure:
1. A package arrived 14.02.2018 - no notification via phone, etc.
2. Colissimo tracking system says that the address is incorrect and missing some information.
3. Waiting like an idiot where the package is because there is no notification that DPD is the carrier in Slovenia - so it might have been the post itself.
4. 21.02 contacted Slovenian Post - doesn't know anything, the tracking number is not recognized, by name and surname nothing is found. DPD Slovenia - also the same thing, but the reason is that French tracking number doesn't work with their system. They have their own. They cannot search by name and surname so the package cannot be found.
5. 22.02. I found a DPD tracking number in the picture of a sender myself. There was no identification that is a tracking number. A good thing is if sender takes a picture of the tracking number because that number doesn't appear even on the sender's paper that he has after shipping. DPD Slovenia claims that the sender should be notified of the tracking number. They say that the French tracking number is changed to theirs.
6. The DPD Slovenia operator says that the package is already on the way back and they cannot do anything.
7. Now the DPD Slovenia tracking site says that the package is sent back on 22.02 at 3:30 p.m. which is a day ago. DPD still claims that they cannot do anything. Later on 22.02, the DPD tracking information of the package is taken down. Colissmo tracking still works.
8. Colissmo still hasn't answered the request to explain where the package is. DPD Slovenia claims that they tried to contact Colissmo and they didn't answer within seven days (including the weekends!!), so they shipped the package back.
The absurdity of the situation is simply beyond words. I am sure that the DPD Slovenia currier fucked something up already at the beginning, he/she didn't call the deliver (despite the phone number was in the package). The package was in the warehouse marked as "incomplete information." HOW CAN YOU WRITE THAT THE INFORMATION (ADDRESS, ETC.) IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT IF EVERYTHING IS CORRECT??? There was also the sender's phone number - DPD didn't call anyone. Therefore, there is a high possibility that SLOVENIAN DPD DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE FRENCH POST OR CALL THE RECIPIENT WHICH IS SIMPLY BEYOND ANY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The only thing they could do is to apologize. Who is going to pay for the second shipping or will I get a refund? No answer from the DPD Slovenia side (DPD Slovenija). DPD Slovenia - even worse than the Slovenian post (Slovenska pošta/Pošta Slovenia). It is also sad that the communication between two cooperating companies is so poor that they cannot even deal with an insured and tracked the package. That is not a safe and professional service. If there are a language barrier and problems with the international system, it is the time for changes. They have the budget to update every aspect of their working process so that this kind of issues wouldn't happen. #neversendwithDPD

Oživitev teme.

Videti je, kot da imam identično izkušnjo, kot sta jo imela obe osebi zgoraj pred menoj in da dve leti in pol pozneje DPD Slovenija še vedno ni zmožen odpraviti te težave, za katero so poleg francoske pošte vsaj delno odgovorni oni sami.

Paket je bil poslan preko La Posta/Colissimo, kjer sem od pošiljatelja prejel tracking številko. DPD, ki ima svoj tracking sistem je ta paket prevzel in očitno me na mojem (pravem) naslovu ne najdejo, hkrati pa bluzijo, da ne morejo najti paketa, dokler jim ne javim njihove tracking številke, ki pa seveda ni enaka, kot ta, ki sem jo dobil s La Posta/Colissimo strani.
In tako najedam pošiljatelju, ki mi seveda ponuja tracking številko, ki je prava in paketu lepo sledi do Slovenije in DPDju, kjer je pošiljka dejansko pristala, delujejo pa povsem nekompetentni, tako pri sami dostavi, kot tudi lociranju paketa - ki je pri njih.

Bom poročal, kaj bom uredil z DPDjem jutri.
