Blue screen BCCode: 3b in BCCode: 19

Pozdravljeni


Soseda mi je prinesla prenosnik in me prosila naj ji rešim težave. Pojavlja se ji napaka kakšno minuto po zagonu.

Na računalniku je nameščen Windows 7 Home.

Probal sem System Restore na zgodnejši datum pa mi javi napako:

An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. (0x80070002)

Ko prižgem PC se mi prikaže AI Recovery Remind, če hočem Backup-at.
