As the Court of Appeal were making amandments to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1997, they accidentally legalised drugs for 24 hours.

The Dáil (Irish legislature) are holding an emergency meeting tonight to pass the emergency law on drug control, but tonight isn't soon enough as the new law won't come into play until Midnight on Thursday.

This means that ecstasy, ketamine, crystal meth and shrooms are made legal. Although cannabis, cocaine and heroin are under a different section meaning they are not affected.
