Kako izklopiti avtomatski refresh v IE???

Neka stran se avtomatsko refresira vsakih 10s kar pa mene zelo moti 
. Ali je možno avtomatski refresh kako izklopiti? Stran bi rad refreshiral sam z gumbom za to.

To disable automatic redirection in Internet Explorer:
Click Tools > Options.
Click the "Security" tab.
Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section (should be about halfway and will have blue IE icons).
Where it says "Allow META REFRESH", select Disable.

gandalfar: ja, to deluje, ce je refresh/redirect podan z META tagom, ce je pa v igri kak javascript pa ne dela...
