Dokument vključuje opredelitev ICO, opozorilo o tveganjih, povezanih z ICO, analizo obstoječega pravnega okvirja ICO v zvezi s pravili, ki sodijo v pristojnost ATVP ter vprašanja za zainteresirano javnost v zvezi z morebitnim sistemskim urejanjem področja ICO v prihodnosti.

Sedaj tudi Youtube servira zlonamirne oglase, ki rudarijo kriptovaluto z gledalčevim Procesorjem. Nekateri od njih so oglasi za lažne protivirusne programe.

Youtubov predstavnik je sicer zatdril, da imajo večplastni sistem, namenjen avtomatičnem zaznavanjem zlorabe oglasov, ter da so v dveh urah onemogočili to vrsto zlorabe. Ni znano na kaj naj bi se ti "dve uri" nanašali, ker Youtubovi prestavniki za stike z javnostjo niso bili na voljo za nadaljna pojasnila o tej temi - TrendMicro namreč pravi da so zaznavali to kodo en teden preden so bili ti oglasi onemogočeni.

Coincheck: World's biggest ever digital currency 'theft'

One of Japan's largest digital currency exchanges says it has lost some $534m (?380m) worth of virtual money in a hacking attack on its network.

Coincheck suspended deposits and withdrawals for all crypto-currencies except Bitcoin as it assessed its losses in NEM, a lesser-known coin.

If the theft is confirmed, it will be the largest involving digital currency.
