We’re looking for a Product Manager to collaborate with us and help us conquer the world 👍

Location: CET time zone (Ljubljana, Slovenia)
Compensation: Between 3.500€ and 4.500€ Gross

What you will do

Work efficiently with other teams – delivery, sales, engineering, data science - on a daily basis, researching, and implementing the vision of our product.
Drive and guide the team regarding which ideas to pursue, using expertise, clear reasoning, and a deep understanding of the market and of the business goals.
Understand the product vision, and communicate it clearly to the team and to stakeholders.
Provide the team with suggestions and solutions for improving ideas and product features.
Maintain and prioritise the ideas and features backlog.
Identify and implement ways to improve working practices in the department in order to increase efficiency, focus on the right priorities, and maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

What we are looking for

We are on the hunt for a collaborative and engaged individual who can interact with our data engineers/scientists and front-end engineers, forming a bridge that enhances the synergy within our product department.
You possess 3+ years of practical experience in product management
Deep understanding of the eMobility market, including current developments and best practices.
Ability to understand analytics reports, KPIs, and user research, and use these tools to make informed decisions.
Ability to independently troubleshoot, prioritise, and address challenges that arise during the product lifecycle.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Trello, or other project management software.
Excellent ability to balance business, creative needs, timelines, and user experience.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
First-rate interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners.
Ability to focus on the bigger picture while simultaneously paying close attention to details.
Ability to prepare presentations, product specifications, and work on product requirements.
You are highly motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
You have history of consistently delivering high-quality work within specified timelines as a trustworthy team member
