The job: As a Microsoft Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers, managing their server farm in OpenLine’s own data center and the services their customers use in the Microsoft Cloud. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide ongoing support and optimization.

The team: You will join a team at Open Line, the leading provider of managed services in the Netherlands. The teams are organized into multidisciplinary customer teams, consisting of about 15 specialized IT consultants. Each team is responsible for providing support to a group of customers from a specific industry. You will join a team responsible for supporting local governments. You will work together with other IT consultants in the field of Microsoft, Linux and Infrastructure Consultants.

As a member of our team, you will
- Be responsible for the management of: Virtual Desktop environments based on Citrix and VMWare Horizon; Microsoft products such as Windows servers, Microsoft 365, MECM and/or Intune; Azure AD and Azure compute; Ivanti environment manager.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their business needs.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the field of work.

Furthermore, we would like you to utilize your knowledge and experience to work within the team to help set up the structure when it comes to planning updates, images etc. 

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

You are a perfect fit if you:
- Have a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience (management of servers in virtual desktop environments and management of Microsoft environments including MS 365)
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Are excited to learn new things and willing to keep yourself up to date with certifications in the areas of Microsoft, Citrix and VMware Horizon.
- Have high proficiency in written and spoken English.

We offer:

Full-time employment for an indefinite period with 3 months trial period. This is a hybrid position, which means that some days you will be required to work in the Ljubljana office. On other days, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from home or another location. 

Salary ranging from 3.000 to 4.000 EUR gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
