Sportradar is a global Sports Technology Company, with names like UEFA and NBA on our customer list.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Production Tribe is a cornerstone in the company, creating and managing the core dataset that most of Sportradar's products are based on.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a member of the Production tribe, your role is centered on improving the quality of life and effectiveness of the roughly 350 internal users, who work 24/7 to manage data for over 90 sports.

This means working closely with our Product Designers/UX, Product Owners and Architects, to evolve our portfolio of in-house web-based tooling. We are establishing a new squad at our Ljubljana office, focused on Web Front End work. To this end, we need a Senior Web developer/Team lead. The job will consist of technical leadership of frontend development, hands on software development as well as some team lead responsibilities.

- More than 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with following technologies: Javascript, Typescript, React, Docker etc.
- Leadership experience, or a desire to learn and evolve within the leadership field.
- Care deeply about providing user and business value.
- Strong social skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Love a good challenge and want to learn and grow both individually and with your team.
- Have worked in a professional web development team for several years.
- Enjoying mentoring and guiding others.
