Would you like to join fintech company that has already found product-market fit and is developing cutting edge solutions for institutional traders and investors? Fast growing market has created a large gap which we as a company and a team are filling with our superior solutions. We are looking for senior developers who would help us deliver sooner and with higher quality and for whom we expect relevant experience, hard work, good communication skills / teamwork, desire for continuous improvement and learning with a passion for financial markets.We use Jira for product management and issue tracking, Confluence for team collaboration and documentation, Wire for communication, Hangouts for daily 15-minute meetings, and we do 4-eye reviews of pull requests on GitHub.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience
- Highly proficient in backend Python coding, best practices and libraries
- Experience with the architecture and deployment of complex systems
- Positive, pro-active team player who is passionate about their craft
- Desire for continuous improvement and learning
- Passion for financial markets

Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database technologies, specifically Postgres
- Building web apps with Python web frameworks (Pyramid)
- Experience building single page apps in Angular
- Experience using message brokers in your projects (e.g. RabbitMQ)
- CI/CD with OpenShift
- Experience with Rust
