Pokvarjenci na vrhovnem sodišču zagotovo ne bodo ustavili Trumpa.. 5-4 bodo glasovali. Roberts bo glasoval proti, ker pač lahko in ne spremeni končne odločitve..
Ta primer carin sploh nebi smel pridi do Vrhovnega sodišča.
To velja v tvojem alternativnem vesolju... Medtem pa v tej naši realnosti pooblastila okrog carin pripadajo kongresu.. Predsednik lahko samo v primeru nacionalnih nujnih primerov vpelje carine, pa še to zgolj začasno..
Pa jih je Trumpo uvedel zaradi izrednih razmer ali nacionalne varnosti? Lep primer imaš teh 10%, ki jih je vpeljal, ker mu oglas na TVju ni bil všeč.. Ali pa tistih 50% na Brazilijo, ker so mu zaprli kolega diktatorja.
Ampak kot rečeno, vrhovno sodišče je padlo, tko da se ti ni treba bat.. Bodo že našli nek fake argument.. Ali pa bodo skenslali samo določene carine, kot sta omenjeni dve.
Se ne strinjam. Tisti oglas je bil namenjen manipuliranju odločitve Vrhovnega sodišča na katerega so preko tega oglasa pritiskali. V bistvu gre za ogrožanje državne varnosti. Bolsonara je zaprl trenutni diktator Lula, ki ga je enostavno vrgel v zapor, podobno kot je to želela storiti prejšnja administracija, Trumpu. Zapiranje opozicije ni ravno demokratični pristop, Biden, Kamala, Lula in podobni bi to lahko vedeli.
Kar se tiče same odločitve pa upam da imaš prav. Cel svet uporablja carine, če jih zdaj Trump nebi smel bi bilo to precej neumno.

These are the people that I've been beating for years, and am continuing to do so, but by even bigger margins. These ads should not be allowed to run because they are FAKE!

Se ne strinjam. Tisti oglas je bil namenjen manipuliranju odločitve Vrhovnega sodišča na katerega so preko tega oglasa pritiskali. V bistvu gre za ogrožanje državne varnosti.Oglas na TV je ogrožanje državne varnosti? Potem bi lahko kar zasedli Kanado in bi bilo OK, ker se samo branijo?

Noro, se pravi, člani vrhovnega sodišča so tako retardirani in ignorantski, da ne poznajo stališča Reagana v zvezi s carinami, zato je oglas, ki predstavi to stališče pritisk na omenjene retarde? Imej vsaj malo spoštovanja do sodnikov in jih obravnavaj kot vsaj zmerno razumne ampak na žalost pokvarjene in skorumpirane do amena.
