Napaka pri inštalaciji portala

Ko sem inžtaliral nov portal mi je v index strani izpisalo:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

V drudi vrstici piše samo " /* ", kolikor jaz vem, je to komentar.
v 51. vrstici class2.php pa je: " define('e_BASE',$link_prefix); "
(oboje brez narekovajev)
