Turn on background data

Google play opozarja na to, pa ne vem kaj narediti. Ko kliknem na meni, kot je v spodnjih navodilih nimam na voljo Allow background data ampak le network restictions, ki je on ali off. Karkoli izberem se nič ne spremeni glede Google play?

On Android 5.0 or higher
Open your device's main Settings app.
Under "Wireless & networks" or "Connections," touch Data usage.
In the top right corner, touch the Menu icon Store three-dots menu.
To turn on background data, touch Allow background data. If you see Restrict background data, you don't need to make any changes.
