100% CPU ves čas!

Zdravo, imam en hud problem ... In sicer CPU je ves čas na 100%, zaradi tega pa vse deluje zello počasi.
Potem pa začnem raziskovati procese. Tole je copy/paste iz CMD

Poroblem je v enem ali večih od procesov v svchost.exe, vendar ne znam ugotoviti kater. Google mi ne vrne nekih uporabnih rezultatov (morda narobe iščem?).

Prvo naredi tole:
"Automatic updates" in "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" na off.
