ASUS P5KPL-AM wierd memory OC problem

Zdravo, tak post sem dal na nek OC forum, pa mi noben ni odpisal. zanima me ce kdo tu pozna odgovor na vsaj kaksnega od teh vprasanj. Ce pa kdo ne razume ali pa bi rad da mu bolj natancno opisem, mu pa lahko seveda.

Upam da ni treba prevajati, ce pa je pa bom.

I am quite new to OC world so please don't be mad if I ask some stupid things.
Anyway I have a (few) problems here regarding my memory upgrade. I have installed new kingston KHX8500D2K2/2GN 2GB kit DDR2 1066MHz Non-ECC CL5
(kit of 2 - 2GB) which should be running at 5-5-5-15 and at 2.2V.

Now here is the problem. I have figured out that my memory is first booting at 400Mhz (in CPUZ) and 5-5-5-18 lat and 1.8V.

Now since for my motherboard writes on ASUS that it should work on PC2-8500 (1066MHz) I am wondering what I must do to do such thing?

I was in bios and tried to set the RAM frequency on 1066, but my BIOS offers me only (AUTO, some around 600, 800, 1000, and 1100!)
I havent seen jet that any mobo have 1100 I mean WTF?! I tried to boot it up at 1100 but It doesn't work, so I went to 1000. Now here is a only change I noticed. In CPUZ on timings it writes DRAM frequency 500Mhz instead of 400Mhz.

Now the second thing I tried to do is to raise the voltages. I went for 2.2V and it booted fine, but it does not write anywhere (CPUZ) that I changed anything... It still writes (under JEDEC#1,#2, #3) 1.80V...

I am trying to O.C. it for 5hours now...

My CPU is Intel core 2 duo E8500 and rated FSB (whatewer that means) in CPUZ is 1337Mhz, bus speed is 334Mhz

I would like to know how to set thing right in my BIOS?
I would like to tell you that I can not find a latencity settings in it, is it possible that there is none in my BIOS?

Also I would like to know what are those #1, #2 and #3 JEDEC frequencies and why are mine so low (200, 266, 400 Mhz)?

Also I would like to know why (in CPUZ) my max Bandwidth is PC2-6400 (400MHz), shouldn't it be PC2-8500 (533 MHz)?

Am sorry for being such a Noob at this, but I thought that all I need is to buy a kit of RAMs and all will be doing better... guess not.
