Se da kje v Visual Studiu 2008 vklopit "auto-alignment"? Tista mreža ki ti pomaga poravnati vse elemente (kot pri Borland Delphiju recimo)?

Pa še to - kako bi lahko definiral spremenljivko, da lahko do nje dostopam v več dialogih? Poskušal sem z globalnimi spremenljivkami, ampak ne gre tak kot bi moglo.
