Problem s serverjem

Imam telefon Palm treo 500v in mi je nekako uspelo zrihtat internet da dele in da mi downloada maile.
Ko grem v telefonu na windows update pa se proba povezat potem pa napiše :

Connection to update server was not available. Check your data connections setting and ensure the device date and time are correct.

Ne razumem zakaj ne dela če pa lahko po netu normalno brskam in vse... Kaj bi mogla nastavit?
Notri mam še en kup povezav ki se jih da naštimat: dial-up, gprs, proxy, vpn.

Pri proxiju mam conncets from: wap network

In pri GPRS:

access point: internet
username: mobitel
password: *********
authentication type: CHAP
Primary dns: 0.0.0.0
secondary dns: 0.0.0.0
in IP adress: 213... itd itd

Kdo ve kaj naj naštimam da bojo updati delal?
