Vidim da že nekaj časa ni bilo osvežitve glede mobilnega roaminga v EU v 2017.
Kolikor sem uspel raziskati so 15.12.2016 dokončno sklenili kako bo s tem v bodoče (prej, v septembru, je bila problem fair-use klavzula)
Dobro bi bilo če bi kdo, vešč pisanja novic, kaj spisal o tem.

Gene Cernan, last man to walk on Moon, dies aged 82

America's space agency Nasa said it was "saddened by the loss" of the retired spaceman.

Captain Cernan was one of only three people to go to the Moon twice and the last man to leave a footprint on the lunar surface in 1972.

The final words he spoke there were: "We leave as we came and, God willing, as we shall return with peace and hope for all mankind."

He was the commander of the Apollo 17 mission at the time.

Cernan had travelled into space twice before that - in 1966 and 1969.

A qualified naval aviator, he was selected into the third group of Nasa astronauts in 1963.

He retired in 1976, going into private business and contributing to US television channels on a variety of issues.

Cernan also produced a documentary film about his life, which he discussed at length in this BBC interview in 2014.

Cernan was born on 14 March 1934, in Chicago.

About 13 million formerly classified documents from the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) have been released online for the first time.
The documents were uploaded following lengthy efforts from freedom of information advocates and a lawsuit against the CIA.
The records include intelligence briefings, research papers, UFO sightings and psychic experiments.
The full archive is made up of almost 800,000 files with 13 million pages.
It includes the papers of Henry Kissinger, who served as secretary of state under presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, as well as several hundred thousand pages of intelligence analysis and science research and development.

VALVe je pričel za antičitom, ki ima zmožnost strojnega učenja.
So some bad news: any hard-coded detection of spin-botting leads to an arms race with cheat developers - if they can find the edges of the heuristic you're using to detect the cheat, the problem comes back. Instead, you'd want to take a machine-learning approach, training (and continuously retraining) a classifier that can detect the differences between cheaters and normal/highly-skilled players.

The process of parsing, training, and classifying player data places serious demands on hardware, which means you want a machine other than the server doing the work. And because you don't know ahead of time who might be using this kind of cheat, you'd have to monitor matches as they take place, from all ten players' perspectives.

There are over a million CS:GO matches played every day, so to avoid falling behind you'd need a system capable of parsing and processing every demo of every match from every player's perspective, which currently means you'd need a datacenter capable of powering thousands of cpu cores.

The good news is that we've started this work. An early version of the system has already been deployed and is submitting cases to Overwatch. Since the results have been promising, we're going to continue this work and expand the system over time.
