The Company
Databox, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps other companies monitor and improve their business performance, is seeking an experienced Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer.

The Team
Our Product and Engineering teams have over 45 members with extensive experience in UI/UX design, frontend/mobile/backend development, product growth, and analytics. We build our product and features from scratch using the latest technologies. The Mid/Senior, Frontend Engineer role, is perfect if you are ready to develop and improve a product thousands of customers love worldwide.

The Role
As a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer, your development skills will help us improve everything from our signup process, onboarding process, and core user-facing product features, such as data visualizations, interactive dashboard editor, etc.

The Work
- Work with JS frameworks like React or Ember
- Using tools and technologies like TypeScript, Jest, Redux, Webpack, Git (Github, CircleCI), and Docker regularly
- Work closely with our Product Managers and Engineers to develop product features and user interfaces
- Translate designs/mockups into fully responsive prototypes
- Write and maintain clean, reusable, and maintainable code
- Test and identify performance problems
- Work with our backend team and customer success team to troubleshoot customer support issues
- Cooperate with other teams to come up with the best technical solutions for new features

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

The Skills
- Extended (3+ years) experience with frontend web development and one of the mentioned frameworks (React or EmberJS)
- Extended experience with Web-related technologies/frameworks, like TypeScript, Jest, Redux, Webpack, Babel, JSX, and similar
- Experience with single-page web apps and Javascript frameworks
- Experience with using any of the Web communication standards (REST, GraphQl, Web Sockets) and applying Web security mechanisms
- Experience with Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methods
- Good knowledge of Git and how GitHub works
- Basic knowledge of producing dockerized solutions (Docker)
- Willingness to learn new things and solve problems in a quick-changing and challenging environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, and pragmatic mindset
- Good communication skills

Databox is a remote-friendly company with over 100 team members working across the globe. This position, however, is best suitable for a candidate located near Ptuj, Slovenia, with the possibility of working from home a few times per week.
