As a System administrator in Sportradar, you will be part of Sportradar's global team. The team works closely with developers, security, DevOps, and Architects.

Sportradar invests heavily in automation and accessibility services. We are therefore looking for a new team member who can implement and maintain such services. Our server infrastructure consists of thousands of physical and virtual machines, includes managed services, Kubernetes clusters, and spans several physical data centers as well as Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are expanding our virtual infrastructure with container orchestration through Kubernetes and explore managed services with our cloud provider.

You will work with the solutions of the future in the sports, media, and betting industry. You will collaborate with developers on technical architecture and the implementation of new products and services.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Collaborate on technical architecture and implementation of new products and services
- Search, select and implement new tools and technologies that make life easier
- Keep things running by continuous monitoring, alerting, and catching spots to improve

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Experience working with public cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Linux administration
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, PagerDuty, Zabbix, etc.
- Cloud provisioning tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure RM, etc.
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.
- Database technologies and database services in AWS (MySQL in particular)
- Servers and proxies such as Nginx, HAProxy, Varnish
- Message broker technologies, RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Scripting and writing automation tools (Bash, Go, Ruby, etc.)

Your profile:
- Have a relevant higher education
- Want to learn more about cloud providers and their services
- Have a Master or Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Have good written and spoken business English is a must
- Have the willingness to learn new technologies and share technical knowledge
- Are a positive, team player with a can-do attitude
