MySQL problem

Muci me da se z phpMyAdminom nikakor ne morem povezati z bazo - sql me zavrne ceprav sta up. imeni in gesli v config.inc in my.ini Setup fileu enaki.
Vrne mi:
#1045 - Access denied for user: 'piko@localhost' (Using password: YES)


Kaj neki me tok za****?

V my.ini ocitno tega nimam nastavljenega, ce mora sploh biti tu.
